Bailey Davis is an Associate Attorney with the Latorre Law Firm practicing in the area of immigration law. Ms. Davis’s practice area includes Immigration and Nationality law.

Ms. Davis graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S.F.C.S. degree Consumer Journalism and a minor in Spanish.  Ms. Davis earned her Juris Doctor and certificate in Children’s Law from The University of South Carolina School of Law in 2017.

During law school, Ms. Davis was a member of Phi Delta Phi, Women in Law, and the President of the Children’s Advocacy Law Society.  Additionally, she was a member of the Pro Bono Board, as well as the recipient of the Pro Bono Service Award.  Ms. Davis enjoyed serving as a student attorney for the Law School Clinic, as well as a law clerk to the University of South Carolina School of Law Clinical Legal Education Department.  Ms. Davis was a member of the Dean’s List and received a CALI award in Trial Advocacy.

Prior to joining Latorre Law, Ms. Davis clerked for a South Carolina District Court Judge.  This gave her invaluable experience in the courtroom for litigation, as well as advocacy skills for clients.

Ms. Davis was admitted into the South Carolina bar in November 2017.  She is an active member of the South Carolina Bar, including the Young Lawyers Division and the Cinderella Project Committee.  Ms. Davis is a South Carolina native and is proud to call both Carolinas her home.
