the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA"), U.S. Consulates,
and other relevant federal agencies, as well as Federal Circuit
Courts.

on written petitions, applications, legal briefs and memoranda.
Only certain USCIS interviews and hearings in Immigration Courts
and Federal Courts require an attorney's presence. When such an
interview or court appearance is required, we attend the Court
Hearing.
